Loved my fairly nice stay for a business trip. My room was perfectly clean and included a personal safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. A bidet in the good bathroom was super awesome. The location extremely close to city centre was great. There was a nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel;))

Hotel City Verona offers a safe environment with friendly staff and complimentary wi-fi. the rooms are air-conditioned and affordable, equipped with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. It boasts a fantastic location, conveniently situated next to the center of San Giovanni Lupatoto, as well as being close to both the airport and Verona. it provides a perfect 10/10 experience.

We liked everything at City including service and the food. So close to the airport, 9 miles.

We appreciated our stay in this recently renovated hotel with amicable staff. It had a comfortable and perfect location just a 4-6 minute walk from Karst Gallery. the restaurants were pleasant and suited every budget. All in all, our stay was perfect, with nothing being too much trouble.

This hotel is in a wonderful and enjoyable location right in the city center.

Spacious room, good facilities included a small fridge. Good size bathroom. Nice breakfast with good variety and a cappucino machine! Helpful staff. Good close carparking. Supermarket in close proximity

The hallway was very dark and the light outside our door didn't work so made it difficult to see when we returned to the room at night.

The lady on the desk on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The lady in the evenings was polite but not so helpful, when she was there for check out. The room was large.

The room was dated and unattractive, the breakfast was not suited to people who don't eat meat. The staff were not flexible when we realised we had double booked because we booked via Booked.net

Taxi rides to Verona centre are a little pricey.

They even have a shuttle service to the Arena and train station. And thank goodness for the free WiFi throughout, so I can stay connected with the outside world and complain about the hotel.

Oh, what a treat to discover that my room had no air conditioning, mini-bar, or iron. And the breakfast?

This hotel offers great value for money - you won't find a better deal in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are equipped with aircon, which is a lifesaver during hot summer days. The breakfast selection is varied, with plenty of options to choose from.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to improve.
